What better way than to spend a lazy Sunday?! Get moving: go bowling! It only takes AESecond to get over to your local lanes and have a good time with family or friends! The best thing about bowling is you’re still moving even though it’s not rigorous exercise. And hey, if you’re competing like I did with my friend, you will work up a little sweat!
