So I have a weakness for noodles. But if you add greens to it- it’s healthy, right? Let’s just go ahead and say that.
Here I have gluten free spaghetti noodles (about 1 serving worth) over a bed of arugula. After I cooked the noodles, I added a little chicken flavoring and vegetable broth. Chicken flavoring tastes so good! And to top it off, I sprinkled some shaved parmesan and habanero pepper flakes.
I am by no means gluten intolerant, but I do love the taste of gluten free noodles! You can find some with VERY minimal ingredients, so check labels! I also really like whole wheat noodles, where you are surely to find single-ingredient boxes.
The next time you’re at the grocery store I have a task for you. CHECK LABELS and stick with single-ingredient or very few ingredient options. Trust me, they’re way better for you and it only takes AESecond to look!
