Do you ever go to gym just to go but you don’t know what you want to do there? SAME. So, today I decided to reunite with my friend the Stairmaster. I usually do a few different machines, but today I decided to do a 30 minute fat burn session. Boy, was it worth it. I was breaking a sweat in under ten minutes.
Turn on some music, listen to the beat, and just go with it! You have to push yourself to make it further than you are today. And guess what? I ended up climbing 191 floors! Imagine how high of a building that would be.
Life’s a climb…but the view sure is great.
