READERS. I AM SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS POST!
I immersed myself fully in kickboxing a little over ten months ago and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout, but the great thing about it is YOU GET OUT FROM IT WHAT YOU PUT IN! If you aren’t feeling it that day, you can take it a little easier. If you want a workout that will really BURN, put in the reps and you’ve made it. I have burned anywhere from 250-500 calories (but thats just me) and it’s so rewarding once you are done and see that hard work pays off!
Mixed with bag work, core work, light cardio, and sometimes circuits, this 50 minute class is second to none. When I signed my year contract to be a BAB (bad a** betch 😉 ), I didn’t know I would fall in love with the facility I was joining and the workout I had gotten myself into.
Oxford Fitness Kickboxing makes ‘killas’ every day and I’m happy to be one of them. Take AESecond to try kickboxing the next time you want to sweat it out. Trust me. You won’t regret it. This won’t be the last time I try and con you into kickboxing. Now go and HIT IT HARD!
