Perfectly Portioned

Whatever it is that you’re craving for dinner tonight, portion your plate with it! I love filling at least half of my plate with veggies and then I really wanted pasta so I could have it.

I made a serving of gluten free linguini noodles, with Rao’s marinara sauce and shaved parmesan. I sautéed mushrooms and onions and got out some power greens for my salad! Portion your plate, so you can have anything you’re craving tonight. Remember, it only takes AESecond. 😉
