About all of this controversy on whether smoothies are healthy or not…it depends on what you put in them people! Green smoothies are so much better for you because they have vegetables in them that your body loves! Did you know smoothies made without fruit juices are better for you? The juice from the fruit alone is ample enough, so don’t add that extra splash of juice. If you need liquid, you can add milk.
