Keeping it Colorful


When your plate is colorful…that is always a good sign! Vegetables naturally vary so why not eat a wide range of these beautifully nutritious items? I love going to my sisters house because she always prepares a beautiful set-up. Oftentimes, you can pair just about anything together and call it a meal. Above, there are noodles, peppers, kale, kidney beans, provolone cheese, salsa, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and probably something i’m leaving out. Dinner is a beautiful time to bring out all of the veggies and make it happen.

Also, I am on of those people that loves tea (but only at someone else’s house). Is anybody else with me?!!? But hey, give me a cup with a quote, and i’m all zen.
