Fish Fish Fish


So, sometimes restaurant’s put the calorie content per meal on their menu’s. I hate it but I love it at the same time. One of the lowest calorie options on the menu was this wood-grilled tilapia with olive oil, balsamic glaze, roasted tomatoes and basil. A whopping 300 calories for the meal! I opted for the asparagus spears which were the best side choice. So, enjoy the bread that you get on the table and then settle for something a little smarter for your main course. You’ll be surprised how satisfied you’ll be after you eat, minus the guilt, too.

(AESecond more of your time… Choosing a better main course also leaves room for a bite of dessert or two. I wish I had taken a photo of my Sogno Di Cioccolata, which was the perfect bite of brownie with mousse and whipped cream. ALL heart eyes for that one.)
