Green Tea, Please!!

Today, I started my day with an iced green tea and a 3-mile walk at the park. I love getting outside before it’s too hot and today, especially, the clouds made it perfect.

Did you know that green tea has really great effects on the body? Along with fat reduction and increased physical performance, it has actually been proven to increase brain functioning. Yeah, you heard right–it can make you smarter!!
