Hit the Studio, Then the Store

I have been meaning to try out more barre studios so I can see how they compare, so today I started my day at Xtend Barre. It was a great workout! The staff was very friendly and the instructor was really encouraging. I loved the ballet in the beginning and the burn the entire class. I know I will be feeling it tomorrow!

After barre, I hit the grocery store. Whole Foods is my favorite supermarket to shop for groceries because I know I am getting quality. I have been wanting to share my grocery lists with you, so here is today’s venture:

Grocery List

Veggies: zucchini noodles, carrots, celery, mixed greens, arugula, onions, avocados, corn on the cob, cucumbers

Fruits: watermelon, blueberries, clementines, apples, pears

Meats: fresh wild caught tilapia, chicken breasts, tuna burgers

Other: cornichons & hot peppadew peppers (YUM), parmesan cheese, FIT cold-pressed juice [ that was gone by the time I left the store 😉 ]

 

Time for lunch! I thought I would take AESecond first to share with all of you before I made myself a creation with all of my goods. Gotta run!
