Energy Bites!


These energy bites are my FAVORITE thing to make and intake. Such a simple preparation with no bake time, they’re the perfect treat and pick-me-up.

For these energy bites, the main ingredients are oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips and coconut flakes. After that, you can add anything from pumpkin seeds to raisins and other dried fruits (i tried apricots)!

Energy bites

1 cup oats

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut flakes

3 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/8-1/4 cup other fun treats (raisins, etc)

Feel free to try it out while you make them and add more or less to taste! Take AESecond to find the energy bite you like and have a treat to last for days.
